Competent Persons Consent Form
In order to assist Competent Persons and companies to comply with the requirements of the JORC Code, and to emphasise the need for companies to obtain the written consent of Competent Persons for their material to be included in the form and context in which it appears in the public report, ASX, together with JORC, have developed a Competent Person's Consent Form that incorporates these requirements

The Australian Securities Exchange
("ASX") introduced in 2003, a procedure for identifying
"Recognised Overseas Professional Organisations" ("ROPO") as
accredited organisations to which Competent Persons must belong for
the purpose of preparing reports on Exploration Results, Mineral
Resources and Ore Reserves for submission to the ASX, if they are
not members of the recognised Australian professional bodies,
AusIMM or AIG. The following are the overseas professional
organisations that are now recognised by the ASX for this
purpose:
